The opportunity
The challenge was to create a simple, easy-to-use patient care pathway for renal oncology in the NHS to assist Pfizer Account Managers in engaging clinicians to highlight opportunities for service improvement
The action
The solution focussed on designing a relevant, meaningful and to-the-point renal oncology service review resource pack. The pack uses a mixture of digital and print techniques to provide simple, engaging tools that can be used daily by Specialist Account Managers (SAMs) in their meetings with clinicians – whether face-to-=face or on the phone.
The difference
The proposed pathway and the supporting pack were well received by Pfizer SAMs and NHS clinicians. In fact, the pathway was deployed successfully in a number of hospitals in England.
