Building a Health & Safety Department
This company is about making net zero possible and profitable. Having recently won a large contract in the healthcare sector, it needed to build a new Health & Safety department from the ground up and engaged Practicus to begin its journey by sourcing its Health & Safety Manager.
As a new position, we met the challenge of sourcing a qualified and experienced candidate that had the right level of renewable energy and working at height expertise to be able to support the new contract while managing stakeholders across the organisation and growing the department.
After presenting a shortlist of candidates to them, we successfully placed the Health & Safety Manager and are continuing to assist the company in growing its business.
