Practicus rises to #2 in IIM survey
by Darren Tolhurst, CEO
It has been a good first half to the year for Practicus. We turned 15 years old, we launched new value-added services based on our ONE + MANY model and we came 2nd in the Institute of Interim Management’s provider survey 2019, our highest ever position!
It is an enormous achievement and one we value all the more because it is voted for by interim professionals themselves. The survey attracts tens of thousands of responses each year and we’re really quite humbled by the reaction we’ve received. If you rated us in the survey then ‘Thank you!’ from the bottom of our hearts.
I never get tired of saying how proud I am of our team here at Practicus. I would like to single out the achievements of three of them who, in the view of survey respondents, stood head and shoulders above their peers nationally. Natalie Allen, was voted 3rd place for Leading Consultant out of 500 recruiters nominated, James Rowson and Mark Payne both made the top 16. This is the third year in a row for all three of them, which goes some way to evidencing their consistent customer focus. It’s a team effort though to move up to second and I’d like to thank the whole Practicus team for all their hard work over the last year. It’s great for that to be recognised.
And we do of course pride ourselves on always learning so if you have feedback for us or want to suggest how we could improve, I’d welcome the opportunity to talk.
P.S. We’ve also been supporting the Brett Foundation with our staff volunteering days and donations, an organisation that aims to eradicate loneliness for people of all ages and gender, as well as raising money for DreamFlight, which changes young lives through taking children with a serious illness or disability, without their parents, on the holiday of a lifetime. They’re both excellent causes and I’d encourage you to take a look.
