With nearly twenty years of expertise supporting large organisations with their business needs, Leigh is someone who invests herself fully into a client account. She sees herself as an extension of the client business, working holistically on client problems rather than assuming solutions. 

She is particularly apt at anticipating client needs, collaborating closely to  understand and plan upcoming requirements to deal with peaks and troughs in demand. 

Most of all, Leigh believes in truly listening to people.  She’s a strong champion of diversity and inclusion and is fascinated by understanding different working cultures. As a result, she delivers truly effective attraction campaigns around recruitment solutions.
